Dave Mount:- Founder of Capricorn Mouldings Ltd. Dave Mount sadly passed away in March of 2005 after battling with cancer, he was a fantastic boss and a lovely chap, Dave was held in such high regard with all who were fortunate to meet him, he is missed so very much. Dave was a corporate member of the institute of management and the institute of materials. His qualifications included HNC in engineering, graduateship of the plastics institute and diploma in management studies. He started his working life as an apprentice toolmaker and has over 30 years experience in the plastics industry, Dave's main area of responsibility was financial management and corporate strategy / direction. Tim Stones:- Managing Director. Tim has been at Capricorn since 1985, since joining the company he has progressed from Setter to Production Manager to Works Director, and now moves up to Managing Director, he has successfully completed many courses including Condition setting and Advanced troubleshooting courses, also various supervisory, management and financial courses. Tim has overall responsibility for production, plant maintenance, health & Safety, sales & quotations, quality control and modifications to tooling, etc, Tim is in the process of passing some of his duties on to other colleagues within the business as he now takes up Dave's responsibilities and duties to the Company. Toni Lawley:- Administration Manager. Toni joined the company in 1987, Toni's main responsibilities include accounts, payroll, sales order processing, production staff interviewing etc. Steve Edwards:- Stores & Purchasing Manager. Steve joined the company in 1994, Steve's main responsibilities are goods inwards, despatch, and purchase of all raw materials, health & safety, Steve is also one of our on-site verifiers for our N.V.Q program. Kevin Bott:- General Manager. Kevin joined the company in 1992, Kev's main responsibilities are production for three shifts, production planning and organising tool setters, Kev also gets involved with interviewing of new staff, health & Safety etc. |
