Quality control is of major importance here at Capricorn, we pride ourselves on the limited amount of returns we have back from customers, we have 100% track records with many customers and have been fortunate to receive awards from one of our top customers for the past 4 years. We work closely with our customers to strive for zero defects, 75% of our customers are within a 60 mile radius, therefore in the event of a problem and in most cases we can be on site with our customer within 24 hours, and can normally action most problems within 48 hours i.e re-work/tool breakdowns etc. We look to delight our customers with a service delivery & backup which is second to none. Capricorn does not have a formal quality standard, we adopt our own approach by way of a paper based controlled system which continues to work extremely well. We also have NVQ's in place for many of our employees this has helped to improve our quality as employees are more aware than ever before, health & safety is of major importance these days and the NVQ has helped to encourage a safer environment. |
